- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup 100% pomegranate juice (or any juice)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 Tbsp honey
Top with nuts and/or fruit, if desired.
